Mix artichoke hearts, pimientos, Ranch and Mozzarella. Lay out crackers on greased cookie sheet. Spread layer of artichoke mix on crackers. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan. Bake at 425 degrees until cheese melts. Serve hot.
