3/4 Cup Sugar
1/4 cup Cornstarch
1/2 Cup Light corn syrup
1/2 Cup Butter
3 Eggs
1/4 Cup Bourbon
1 Cup Semisweet chocolate chips
1 Cup pecans; Chopped
1 Pie crust (Deep Dish)

Original recipe makes 8



Preheat over to 350.

Combine sugar and cornstarch in a large bowl and beat with a mixer at low speed.

Beat in eggs until well blended.

With mixer at medium speed, beat in corn syrup, butter and bourbon until well blended.

Pour into pastery shell.

Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly on pie.

Arrange Pecans evenly over pie.

Bake for 50 minutes.
