This is a simple, delicious meatloaf that the whole family will enjoy!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients, plus 1/2 of the can of tomato sauce. Mix wilth hands, until the mixture just comes together to form a ball. Add additional sauce or crackers, if needed. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Grease a 13x9in glass dish. Place mixture in pan, and form a loaf, approximately the length of the pan, five inches wide, and about 4 inches tall.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 15 minutes. Then pour remaining tomato sauce over the loaf, being sure to completely cover the top. Return the loaf to the oven, and bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until done.
