This is a party favourite in Australia a recipe passed down from an ex pat American now living in Australia
In a bowl cut up and combine the tomatoes, onion, coriander, juice of 1 lime, finely cut chili peppers, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir this up really well to get the juices and spices to combine. Be sure to leave the onions, tomatoes and coriander chunky. Then, add the avocados into the tomato spice mixture and stir up, again it should be chunky so don't go too crazy mixing it up.
You may want to start by adding only a portion of the cut chili peppers and then taste when done. If you need more spice just keep adding the chili peppers to taste.
I recommend the Doritos "original" recipe or plain chips with the dip (usually requires 3 bags). This dish feeds 6-10 people just fine.
