Original recipe makes 12
12 oz.semi-sweet chocolate chips; buttons or squares
4 oz.dark chocolate chips; buttons or squares
1 14-oz cansweetened condensed milk
2 tsp.vanilla extract
1 1/2 cupschopped walnuts
1 cupminiature marshmallows

Rocky Road Semi-Dark Fudge Preparation

1. Combine chocolate, dark chocolate and milk in large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 2-3 minutes (stirring after each minute), or until chocolate is ALMOST melted. STIR TO MELT COMPLETELY.

2. Stir in vanilla, then walnuts and marshmallows. Pour into 8x8 inch pan that has been greased or lined with wax paper. Press down to flatten with foil or wax paper, if desired.

3. Chill several hours, until set and firm. Cut into desired size squares. Makes about 48-60 pieces.

The amounts of dark and semi-sweet chocolate can be altered to suit individual preference, as long as 16 oz. of chocolate is used. [I posted this recipe.]
