Perfect whole wheat bread: Does not cave in, and perfect texture.
Put hot water, pinch of sugar, and yeast in bread machine’s bowl. Turn machine on and let operate for at least a minute and turn off/unplug machine. Let sit for at least five minutes to allow yeast to proof.
Add oil, honey, salt and one C. flour. Plug in machine and let operate for at least a minute and turn off/unplug machine. Let sit for at least five minutes to allow sponge to develop.
Add rest of flour, dry milk, flax seed, wheat germ, and gluten. Set machine to Whole Wheat setting for 1 ½ Lb. loaf. Start machine and when cycle finished, ENJOY!
