Drain pineapple reserving the juice, add enough cold water to make 1 cup. Set aside
Stir boiling water into the jello for about 2 minutes then add the pineapple juice
Refrigerate for about 1 1/2 hours or until it starts to set/begin to gel. Stir in cool whip with wire whisk until smooth. Refrigerate again for about 10-15 minutes or until mixture will mound. Then stir in pinepple, oranges and marshmallows. Spoon into mold. Refrigerate 3 huors or or until firm.
