Basic Pesto recipie
Add oil, basil, garlic and parmesan to blender, Low speed blend.
As the basil breaks down, add you pine nuts, pulse for now.
Add lemon juice and salt to taste.
Easy and effective, can also subtitute some or all basil, to use arugala. Garlic and parmesan can be altered easliy.
Easy on fish, chicken , pasta etc... Great on tomatoes and vegetables.
Using a mortor and pestle would be prefered but not nessecary.
