This is a great combination of mexican and comfort food!
- Cook ground beef and onions in a pan; drain
- Combine beef with taco seasoning
- Spray a 10" pie plate with cooking spray or use a non-stick one
- Spread seasoned beef on the pie plate
- Sprinkle tomatoes with chili on top
- Beat milk, baking mix, and eggs until smooth
- Pour over mixture in pie plate
- Bake uncovered for 35 minutes
- Top with Cheese and bake another 8-10 minutes
