Combine flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter until coarse and crumbly. Stir in pecans. Set aside 1/2 cup for topping. Press remaining into greased 9x9 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Beat cream cheese and sugar. Add egg, milk, lemon juice, and vanilla; mix well. Pour over warm crust and sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake 25-30 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with baking bits. Cool and cut into squares. Refrigerate leftovers.
