1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Place vegetables in mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat. Season to taste with salt and pepper and place in deep roasting pan.
3 Roast in preheated oven until edges are lightly browned and the vegetables are tender, about 45 minutes. Stir once as the vegetables roast to ensure even cooking.
4. Remove from oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze to finish.
