Different taste Tuna Pie to enjoy it hot or cold
Drain tuna out of tins. Cut onion in thin rings. Peel and grate apples leaving the hearts out. Roll out puff pastry sheet and lay down on the baking tray. Now spread equally all over it in layers: tuna, onion rings, grated apples. Season with lemon thyme, salt and pepper. Pour over double cream. Put in preheated oven and bake for 35 minutes.
Enjoy it hot or cold.
