* Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
* Place a small amount of the oatmeal at a time in a blender until it turns to powder. Set aside.
* Cream together the butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla.
* Mix together the dry ingredients and add to the creamed mixture.
* Add chocolate chips and chocolate bar.
* Roll balls of dough and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
* Bake at 375 for 8-10minutes.
