Spicy fried fish
1) Wash the fish. Apply the garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder, ground corinader seeds and salt. Set aside for 30 minutes.
2)Heat the oil and fry the onions till crisp, then remove.
3) Arrange the fish slices in a pan in one layer without overcrowding.
4) Fry both sides till crisp and done.
5) Crush the fried onions, garnish the fish and serve with a sprinkling of lemon juice.
