Drain chickpeas, keep 1/2 cup of liquid. Combine chickpeas, liquid, lemon juice, spices, tahini, 2 tbls EVOO and garlic in food processor until smooth. After smooth, add rest of EVOO until smooth. Whip. Check seasoning. J R
