Suggest a better descriptionBake biscuits according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, brown meat. Add black pepper and sausage seasoning. In a covered jar, combine milk and flour. Shake well. Pour milk mixture into skillet with browned meat. Add cream cheese. Continue cooking, stirring often, until mixture thickens and cream cheese melts. For each serving, spoon about 3/4 cup gravy over 2 biscuits.
Serves 5 - Each serving equals:
274 Calories; 6 gm Fat; 22 gm Protein; 33 gm Carbohydrate; 742 mg Sodium; 152 mg Calcium; 2 gm Fiber.
