Home-cooked beefburger recipe.
Grate/blend soft cobs to create breadcrumbs.
Add paprika, tumeric, chilli, italian herbs, black pepper and the beef stock cubes (the best for this is crushed 'oxo' cubes/beef buillon cubes)
Add 7 crushed garlic cloves, mix well.
Grate onions into the mixture, mix well once more.
Add lean ground/minced steak, mix until you get a dough-like consistency.
Add egg yolk to the mixture, knead well until you get a stiff, sticky dough-like consistency
Seperate into 2oz. patties, to make 24 burgers/patties - rest in fridge for 10 mins before cooking.
Cook what you need and freeze the rest raw in a freezable container, defrost thoroughly before cooking.
