The easiest, best-tasting pork chops! Brine, grill and enjoy!
Boil 1/2 water with seasonings. After boiling, add remaining 1/2 of cool water. Allow brine to come to room temp. Soak chops for 10-30 mins. Remove from brine and pat dry.
Season chops w/ pepper and garlic and place on hot grill. Cook for 3 mins, and turn down heat. Cook for another 5-8 mins, flip once and complete. Sprinkle rosemary during last flip, if desired.
Do not add any additional salt, the brine is salty enough. Also, do not use kosher salt...way too salty.
