It looks (and tastes) a lot harder than it really is to make, and it has the added bonus of serving a large group of people.
Place whole brie, with rind, in oven-proof serving dish with shallow sides. Spread preserves over cheese. Stretch puff pastry to cover brie and tuck under sides. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes until golden brown (might take 10 to 15 minutes longer). Serve with wheat biscuits or favorite crackers.
TIP: To make pastry flakier, brush with melted butter.
