Ever have that problem with Rice Krispie Treats when they get hard after a few days? These NEVER get hard...ever.
Prepare 8x12x2 baking dish by coating the inside with butter.
Melt the two sticks of butter over medium heat in a large sauce pan. Add in the two bags of marshmallows and begin stirring occasionally until they are fully melted. Careful not to use too much heat. When they have fully melted add in the seven cups of rice krispies one cup at a time and stir after each addition. When all seven cups have been added and stirred in, pour the mixture into the baking dish and tamp down with the spoon to spread them evenly.
Wait 2 hours for the mix to cool.
Cut and eat.
Note that these can hang out for days and never get hard!
