Sweet, tangy, spicy, just plain yummy. A sauce that works great on ribs or chicken.
Heat oil in a medium saucepan. Add garlic and onion, sauté until soft. In a small separate pan add 1/3 cup of beer and simmer 5 minutes until reduced. Remove beer from heat and pour into a measuring cup then add water to supplement ¼ cup of liquid. Add remaining ingredients to the garlic and onions. Reduce heat, and Simmer for 15 minutes stirring frequently until thickened. Chill overnight and serve as you please.
Just make sure you stir it while simmering or it might burn to the bottom of the pan.
