Original recipe makes
35 Saltines
1 cupButter; lightly salted
1 cupBrown sugar; firmly packed
1/2 teaspoonVanilla extract
Cooking; spray
3 Bags; assorted baking chips (choc, butterscotch, peanut butter)

Tricia's Saltine Christmas Candy Cookies Preparation

Line 15x10x1 inch jelly roll pan, over edges. Spray Foil with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 400. Over medium heat, melt butter and sugar, stirring constantly during this time let boil for 2 to 3 minutes or until combined and bubbly. Remove from heat and add vanilla; pour over crackers and spread to edges. Bake for 5 min. Then sprinkle chocolate chips on all crackers . Then in thirds sprinkle with chips alternating types (peanut butter, Butterscotch, Dark Chocolate). When melting, spread with spatula. Place in freezer 15 to 30 min. Break apart to serve.
