3 1/2 tsMarjoram
1 cPotatoes; peeled, sliced
1/2 tsBlack pepper
2 lg clovesGarlic; pressed
1 cubeVegetable Bouillon (cube)
1 cPeas, fresh; or frozen
1 1/4 tsPaprika
2 tbWater
1/2 tsCaraway seeds
1/4 cSafflower oil; OR veg stock
3 cNoodles, eggless; cooked
1 cOnions; chopped
2 cTomatoes, fresh; chopped

Vegetarian Hungarian Goulash Preparation

In a large saucepan, combine all the ingredients, except the noodles. Cook over medium heat, covered for 30 to 40 minutes, then serve over hot noodles. Vegetarian Cooking for Good Health by Gary Null/MM by DEEANNE
