In 12" nonstick skillet sprayed with vegetable spray over medium high heat, saute garlic for 30 seconds. Toss in turkey ham cubes and saute for about 2 minutes. Add spinach, separating to combine.
Reduce heat to medium; stir in cottage cheese, parsley flakes, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Add noodles; cook until hot, about 2 to 3 minutes.
