1. Combine beef, bread crumbs and egg thoroughly. Place inside a medium baking loaf.
2. Bake at 350deg for 30min.
3. Spread half the soup on the meatloaf. Bake for 30 min longer.
4, In a saucepan mix 2 tbsp. Drippings with remaining mushroom soup. Heat and use as a sauce.
