These pumpkin seeds are popular in Mexico, and are usually toasted and eaten as a snack.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Remove and clean seeds. Dry seeds thoroughly, toss with Chipotle Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Roast on an ungreased baking sheet for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
