A fresh crunchy snack. Very healthy and nutritional and having a snack like this everyday with different foods will loose you weight. The basil gives a light flavour but doesn't drown out the other ingredients. Enjoy!! Xxxx
1. Spread the philladelphia onto the rivitas.
2. Chop up the tomatoes and cucumber.
3. Roughly chop the the basil.
4. Layer up. Firstly tomato, secondly cucumber then sprinkle basil and seasoning on top.
5. Serve with a greek salad and honey & mustard dressing.
6. Enjoy!!
Ensure you have cut the tomato and cucumber about 5mm to make the dish evenly cut and well presented.
