Extra Cheese Bechemel Sauce

Recipes »  Marinades and Sauces  »  Sauce

My boyfriend DESPISES any form of vegetable so its a mission to ensure he eats right (very much like little kids). I researched different ways to incorporate veg into his diet unknown but nothing worked, finally i decided to tweak the old classic bechemel sauce with something a little different... cheese. Now my boyfriend LOVES his veg and i never have to tell him to stop playing with his food as long as i've got a blob of cheesy bechemel sauce on the plate.
