1. Combine yeast and warm water. Mix well and set aside.
2. Heat milk until very warm.
3. In mixer combine sugar, salt, shortening, and warm milk. Mix well.
4. Add eggs. Beat well.
5. Add yeast. Beat well.
6. Add flour and mix on low speed for 5 minutes.
7. Let rise until double in bulk.
8. Form into rolls. Either refrigerate or let rise again and bake.
9. Bake 350 convection 400 regular oven for 15-20 minutes.
