Make depression in flour for yeast to keep it dry.
Set bread maker on dough setting.
Form dough into 12 equal pieces on two cookie sheets.
Flatten dough with palm.
Cover and let rise (I put them in a cool oven with the light on for 90 minutes)
Bake at 375 degrees F for 10 minutes
Remove from oven and let cool
Remove from cookie sheets.
Freeze those you don't use immediately
