Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a medium bowl, mix together brown sugar, stevia, margarine, cinnamon and salt to make the filling.
In a separate bowl, mix together cream cheese and 1 tablespoon stevia to make the icing.
Prepare a flat surface with a dusting of flour.
Roll out the crescent rolls and spread filling over dough.
Roll up tightly to form a log and pinch the edge to seal.
Place the log seam side down and cut into 8 slices with a sharp knife.
Spray a baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Arrange dough slices in pan and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake for 8 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until slightly browned.
Evenly coat tops of rolls with cream cheese and serve warm.
Allow cream cheese to come to room temperature for easier spreading.
