Best egg noodles in the world!!!
Blend together the egg yolks, whole eggs, milk, vegetable oil, salt and baking powder. Add flour at 1/4 cup increments until you have a nice stiff ball. Cup this ball into quarters. Roll out dough until it is very thin. Cut dough into strips - stack on each other - cut with a sharp knife into very thin pieces.
Use these noodles with chicken, beef, pork, etc. It usually takes 20 to 25 minutes to cook. The noodles can be frozen and kept for up to eight months in freezer.
