this baby back recipe will allow you to cook "fall off the bone ribs" in 4 hours time with great flavors that do not comprimise the tenderness or flavor of the pork.
1. preheat oven to 275 degrees
2. place your pan on your kitchen surface
3. lay foil twice the length of your rack and place the ribs in the center
4. season with salt and pepper on both sides
5. rub brown sugar on both sides
6. apply BBQ sauce to both sides
7. close the foil like a bag, leaving space so that the ribs are not touching the foil. (try to seal completely)
8. this step is optional: place in refrigerator for 24hrs
9.place foiled ribs onto the oven pan and place in the over for 2 hours
10. take out the pan and open the foil. let cool for 5-10 minutes and apply another coat of BBQ sauce to both sides and place back in the oven for 2 hours. (do not seal the foil)
11. this step is optional: apply additional BBQ after the 1st hour without foil.
12. remove from the oven, allow to cool 10 minutes before cutting and use a sharpe knife, the meat will fall off the bone.
