2. In mixing bow mix shortening, sugar, eggs
3. Stir in flour, Cream of Tartar, Baking Soda and Salt
4. Chill Dough
5. Roll into 1" balls and roll balls in cinnamon/sugar mixture
6. Place 2" apart on baking sheets
7. Bake on middle rack for 8-10 minutes
8. Move immediately to cooling rack
