Dice 1/4 pound of pancetta and sear in olive oil until golden and crisp. Chop
Large bunch of chard, keeping leaves and stems separate. Add the chopped stems to the Panchetta and when the soften a bit, add the chopped leaves. Stir until wilted, then add the golden raisins and the pine nuts. Then add 2 cups of rinsed and drained beans, and warm until heated through.
