Suggest a better description1. Lightly coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Set over medium-high heat. Cook and stir the bell pepper, mushrooms and onion, adding a scant amount of water if needed to prevent sticking, for 5 minutes, or until softened.
2. Add the butter and let it melt. Add the egg, parsley, salt and black pepper. Cook and stir for 1 minute, or until the egg is set.
3. Cut the pita in half and open to form a pocket. Spread the cheese inside and fill with the egg mixture.
