Suggest a better descriptionThouroughly mix eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla. Slowly stir in hot milk. Pour immediately into unbaked pie shell ad sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 475 for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to 425 and bake 10 minutes longer or until knife comes out clean. Let cool.
