Suggest a better descriptionTake 2 Portabello Mushrooms place cap side down on cooking sheet. Drizzle olive oil ontop. Take chopped garlic and place on that. Now put shredded cheddar cheese on. Then take your red pepper, cut up into tiny pieces and Jalapeno peppers cut up tiny and sprinkle this ontop the cheese. Bake at 350 until melted and mushroom is completely cooked.
