Soy & honey Pork
Heat olive oil in frying pan and cook onion for 2-3 minutes
Add garlic and fry for 1 minute
Add pork and stir until golden brown
Drizzle over the soy sauce, honey,lime zest and juice plus a splash of boiling water and cook for 1-2 minutes or until pork is cooked through. Set aside
Broccoli in pan of boiling salted water and cook for 3-4 minutes - drain
add to pork
Stir in goat's cheese, lemon zest and chilli flakes.
Season to taste with salt and black pepper
Pile the stir fried pork and broccoli on plates and eat immediately.
