Suggest a better descriptionCombine first 7 ingredients in large mixing bowl. Stir well and set aside. Beat eggs; gradually add milk, syrup and vanilla, stirring until blended. Gradually stir egg mixture into sweet potato mixture; pour into pastry shell. Bake at 425 minutes for 10 minutes. kReduce heat to 325 and bake 1 hour 10 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
