Chopped Lamb with gyro type sauce in flour tortilla
Grill lamb until well done, allow to cool completely, chop fine.
Make sauce: mix mayo, cucumber-onion dressing, garlic & chopped dill pickles to taste.
Mix sauce with chopped lamb. Spoon onto flour tortilla, sprinkle with cheese and roll.
Fry/Heat in small amount of olive oil and heat flipping once.
