Suggest a better descriptionCut beef across the grain in 1/8-inch thick slanting pieces. Prepare Teriyaki mixture. Then add beef, mixing to coat meat well. Let stand 15 minutes to marinate, then drain. Place wok (or electric skillet) over high heat. When wok is hot, add 1 tablespoon of the oil. When oil is hot, add half of the meat mixture. Stir-fry until browned. Remove to a bed of rice. Repeat, using 1 more tablespoon oil and remaining meat. Garnish with onion. Teriyaki Marinade: Mix together all ingredients.
