Suggest a better descriptionMix bread crumbs, paprika, onion powdered and seasoned salt together. Once combined, add olive oil and mix together.
In a separate bowl add milk and egg, beat together.
Pound chicken thin and trim off fat. Dip into egg and milk mixture, then into bread crumbs. Coat evenly and then place on a baking sheet lined with tin foil.
Bake at 400 degrees chicken for 20-25 minutes or until no longer pink.
