Easy quick dish to put together a few days in advance
Spray pam on botom of 9x13 pan. Fill bottom of pan with tater tots. Bake in oven for 10 minutes while hamburger is browning to make them a little crisp. Brown hamburger, onion and salt, pepper - drain greese. Put hamburger on tater tots. Mix soup, milk, sour cream together (keep mixture thick - combination of milk, evaporated milk and sour cream - what ever you prefer). Layer this gravy mixture on next. Sprinkle shredded cheese on last. Bake 45 minutes at 350*.
