Suggest a better description1. Coat molds with nonstick spray. Place lollipop sticks into molds.
2. In a 2-quart saucepan, mix sugar, water, and corn syrup. Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
3. Clip candy thermometer to inside of pot. Bring liquid to boil without stirring. When temperature reaches 260 degrees, add one shade of food coloring. Do not stir (the color will dissolve into it!).
4. When liquid reaches 300 degrees, remove from heat.
5. Stir in extract and lemon juice.
6. Poor syrup into molds and allow to cool.
7. Repeat recipe with other colors and new extract for each batch.
