Suggest a better descriptionPeel and chop potatoes boil about 20 minutes until tender. Drain well placed back in pot that they were boiled in. This allows excess moisture to cook off the potatoes. Warm milk and melt butter and cream cheese in microwave. Add potatoes to the mixer and mix on low-medium depending on mixer. Slowly add milk, butter, and cream cheese salt and pepper if desired. Mix on medium to high until consistency is as desired.
Can also use flavored cream cheese.
