Soft and yummy holiday fudge
Combine sugar, margarine and milk in 2 1/2 qt. saucepan. Bring to rolling boil, stirring
constantly. Continue boiling for 6 or 7 min., removing from heat, stir in peanut butter
until melted. Add marahmallow cream, nuts (optional) and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Pour
into greased 13 x 9" pan. Cool at room temp. Cut into squares. Makes approx. 3 lbs.
