Suggest a better descriptionCombine the rice wine, cornstarch, 2 tbs of soy sauce, and 2 tsp of sesame oil in a large bowl. Add the chicken, toss to coat in the marinade. Cover and marinate in refrigerator.
Heat sesame oil in a wok over high heat. Using a slotted spoon, drain the chicken from the marinade, then add to the wok. Stir fry until browned, approximately 2 minutes. Remove from wok with slotted spoon.
Add scallions, sugar, red pepper, remaining soy sauce, and remaining sesame oil in wok.
Add chicken back to wok and stir fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
