Different way to use Rubarb
Preheat oven to 350
mix sugar,milk, oil. Beat in eggs, then flour, baking soda, salt, vanilla, and rhubarb.
Pour in greased large loaf pan. Sprinkle the sugar over the top and dot with butter.
Bake for 1 hour allow to cool 10 min. then turn onto wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
