Combine water, yeast & sugar. Set aside for 10-15 minutes.
In a small bowl combine heated milk, shortening, & sugar, when shortening is dissolved, pour into mixer bowl. Add; eggs, yeast mixture, salt. Mix on low speed then add flour 2 cups at a time. Continue to mix on low speed for about 5 minutes in mixer. Place in greased bowl and let rise 1 1/2 hours. Shape and place in a glass baking dish. Raise 30 minutes or until desired size. Bake 400(F) degrees for 10 minutes, lower temp to 375(F) degrees and bake for 5 minutes. Butter top of baked rolls & Enjoy!
